- For orders placed on a working day, the delivery time ranges between 3 to 5 days, subject to the carrier's operational schedule and the destination within Europe.

Exchange or Return of Goods

14-Day Return Period

You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days. Fonedroid.com. aims to meet the requirements of every customer. However, you may wish to return some of the ordered goods. The returned goods must be in their original commercial condition: packaging, documentation, durable media must not be missing, the operating system must not be installed, there must be no visible scratches on the surfaces of the product, license stickers, and components of the product must not be missing.

Information on Exercising the Right of Withdrawal from the Contract

You have the right to withdraw from any distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days, except for distance contracts for the purchase of goods.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date on which (1) you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquire possession of the goods; (2) you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquire possession of the last good, in the case of an order of multiple goods delivered separately; (3) you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquire possession of the last batch or part, in the case of delivery of goods consisting of multiple batches or parts.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).

You may use the standard withdrawal form provided in the Terms and Conditions, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. You can also complete and submit the standard withdrawal form or the online withdrawal form electronically. If you use this option, we will promptly send you an acknowledgment of receipt of the withdrawal.

IV. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, you will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Non-Application of the Right of Withdrawal from Distance Contracts – Article 57 of the Consumer Protection Act

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons (such as in-ear headphones, epilators, razors, etc.), as well as in other cases pursuant to Article 57, Paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of goods made according to the consumer's individual requirements, where execution has begun with their explicit prior consent and acknowledgment that they will lose their right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to paid amounts for consumed services such as assembling a computer configuration, upgrading a computer with components, software installation, settings, insurances, and additional warranties.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software that were unsealed after delivery, including activation codes for software licenses, software features, or virtual payment means. The execution of the contract for the delivery of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software (including content codes and digital content not provided on a tangible medium) begins from the moment of unsealing, and the consumer loses their right of withdrawal, explicitly agreeing to this.

We will make the reimbursement via bank transfer against a provided certificate.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You are expected to send back or return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
